La Liga champions, Barcelona reportedly offered Manchester United two players in exchange for midfielder, Paul Pogba this summer.<\/p>\n

This claim was made by respected journalist, Duncan Castles.<\/p>\n

Barcelona were said to have considered moving for Pogba in the summer and were prepared to meet his personal terms before shelving their interest.<\/p>\n

According to Castles, the Camp Nou club offered midfielder, Andre Gomes and defender, Yerry Mina, to United.<\/p>\n

However, Gomes and Mina ended up leaving Barcelona to join Premier League side, Everton.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve talked at length about the problems between Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho since last season, since things started to fall apart between them,\u201d Castles told the Transfer Window podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe talked about how Mourinho basically couldn\u2019t move him out in the summer because there wasn\u2019t a viable taker for a player who is being offered to all the big clubs in Europe by his agent Mino Raiola.<\/p>\n
