Abdulkareem Mustapha, NAN reports.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Magistrate, Matthew Akinyemi granted the accused bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.<\/p>\n<p>Akinyemi ordered that the sureties must reside within the court\u2019s jurisdiction and be gainfully employed, with evidence of tax payment to Ogun Government.<\/p>\n<p>The offence contravened Section 360 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.<\/p>\n<p>He adjourned the case until December 21 for substantive hearing.\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An Ota Magistrates\u2019 Court has arraigned a 27-year-old man identified as Saheed Babatunde for allegedly raping a 21-year-old lady.
