He, however, noted that the party was not taking its weakest opponent for granted.<\/p>\n
He disclosed that the party ahead of 2019 election was putting in more efforts to solve internal crisis in order to ensure a landslide victory.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are mindful of the fact that you don\u2019t take even your weakest opponent for granted.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s why we are doing everything to ensure that we resolve our internal scuffles on time so that we can face the bigger fight ahead 2019.<\/p>\n
\u201cA way forward for the APC, is to address it\u2019s grievances that arose from the party\u2019s primaries across the country.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe all know that the PDP presidential candidate is an aggressive politician, and in recent times we can say he is also a desperate politician. So we don\u2019t want to take anything for granted.\u201d<\/p>\n
Also speaking, Adamawa State Governor, Jibrilla Bindow, told the APC gathering in Bauchi that the zone must do everything in its powers to ensure his kinsman is defeated.<\/p>\n
According to him, Atiku is a \u2018crafty politician who can go extra mile to win the election.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe first step towards defeating the former vice president is to unite the APC and reconcile all the grievances.<\/p>\n
