The lawmaker representing Kaduna Central district in the Senate, Senator Shehu Sani has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari over his \u2018change begins with me\u2019 campaign.<\/p>\n

According to Sani, the \u2018change begins with me\u2019 campaign that was launched two years ago, was already dead.<\/p>\n

DAILY POST recall that Buhari had in September 8 2016, flagged off the \u201cChange begins with me\u201d campaign.<\/p>\n

The campaign came more than fifteen months after he assumed power as an elected president.<\/p>\n

The main goal of the programme was to instil discipline and patriotism in Nigerians.<\/p>\n

The programme was initiated by the National Orientation Agency, NOA, under the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture.<\/p>\n

Speaking during the launch, Buhari had said that \u201cNigerians can contribute to \u2018change\u2019 through the way we conduct ourselves, engage our neighbours, friends and generally how we relate with the larger society in a positive and definitive way and manner that promotes our common good and common destiny\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

However, in a tweet on Tuesday morning, Shehu Sani, who has since dumped the All Progressives Congress, APC, ahead of the 2019 general elections, noted that the campaign had disappeared into abyss.<\/p>\n
