Former Premier League champions, Manchester United have identified Tottenham Hotspur manager, Mauricio Pochettino as Jose Mourinho\u2019s replacement at the club.<\/p>\n

Mourinho is under intense pressure at Old Trafford due to his side\u2019s poor form of run this campaign.<\/p>\n

Mourinho\u2019s side are now 12 points behind Manchester City on the Premier League log after their 3-1 derby defeat last weekend.<\/p>\n

The Sun is now reporting that United will reportedly sack the 55-year-old Portuguese if he fails to guide the Red Devils into the top four this term.<\/p>\n

The report also claimed that United\u2019s chiefs want Pochettino to replace Mourinho but are aware that luring the Argentine to Old Trafford will prove difficult.<\/p>\n
