{"id":59824,"date":"2018-11-09T11:21:15","date_gmt":"2018-11-09T10:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=59824"},"modified":"2018-11-09T11:22:07","modified_gmt":"2018-11-09T10:22:07","slug":"police-arrest-man-60-for-allegedly-impregnating-15-year-old-neighbours-house-help-in-otukpo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=59824","title":{"rendered":"Police arrest man, 60 for allegedly impregnating 15-year-old neighbour\u2019s house help in Otukpo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/arewa.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Mike-Adenuga-Impostor-600x300.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">The Benue State Police Command has confirmed the arrested of a 60-year-old man, identified as Ochedikwu in Otukpo for allegedly impregnating a 15-year-old neighbour\u2019s house help.<\/p>\n<p>Ochedikwu, a resident of Otiya D, started having canal knowledge of the underaged girl earlier this year, a source disclosed to our reporter.<\/p>\n<p>The guardian of the girl discovered that she was 4 months pregnant and reported to local vigilante group who then handed the suspect over to the police for proper investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ochedikwu accepted being responsible for the pregnancy and is presently in police custody.<\/p>\n<p>The Benue State Police PRO, Moses Yamu, who confirmed the story, said the suspect accepted being responsible for the teenager\u2019s pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, he was arrested yesterday and accepted sleeping and putting her in a family way.
