Abdullahi Galadima, the incumbent chairman of Kuje Area Council, FCT, has won the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket to contest for the chairmanship seat in the area.<\/p>\n

Musa Salihu, the returning officer announced the results in Kuje Area Council on Wednesday<\/p>\n

Salihu declaring Galadima winner expressed gratitude to all delegates who contributed and conducted themselves properly towards the success of the exercise.<\/p>\n

Salihu said Galadima polled 234 votes to defeat two other aspirants, Mr Hamidu Sarki and Mr Useni Danlami.<\/p>\n

He said Sarki got 10 votes, while Danlami got 0 votes during the exercise.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am most grateful to all security personnel for their commitment to the security of lives and materials throughout the exercise.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso, I thank all aspirants, delegates and officials for conducting themselves properly during the exercise.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the power vested in me as returning officer, I hereby declare Abdulahi Galadima, the winner and APC flag bearer for the Kuje chairmanship contest,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
