Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Aviation Minister, has rebuked those criticizing the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential running mate, Kashim Shettima\u2019s outfit at the annual conference of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA.Fani-Kayode said those criticizing Shettima\u2019s outfit are behaving like hoodlums and gangbangers.There have been reactions over Shettima\u2019s outfit at the conference in Lagos.Nigerians mocked Shettima, who represented the APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu at the event for dressing shabbily.His dress led to an online trend known as \u201cShettima Challenge.\u201dReacting, Fani-Kayode said Shettima\u2019s critics succeeded in lifting the APC presidential running mate above their mockery.In a Facebook post, Fani-Kayode said Shettima\u2019s critics have shown that they are not enlightened and educated.He wrote: \u201cWhen grown men in their 40\u2019s, 50\u2019s, 60\u2019s & 70\u2019s take pictures in strange garb in an attempt to mock Senator Kashim Shettima, our incoming VP, they do nothing but expose themselves for the infantile, asinine & jobless clowns & godless & disrespectful Phillistines & infidels that they are.\u201cNothing reflects the obsessive and narcissistic disposition, sociopathic tendencies, intellectual degeneration and moral turpitude of some of those in our midst than this imbecilic idiocy and repugnant behaviour.\u201cThey behave more like bling-wearing ghetto gangbangers and hoodlum slum Kings than supposedly enlightened, educated, exemplary and civilised adults.\u201cThey seek to mock Shettima but they have only succeeded in exalting him, lifting him up and mocking themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
