Chelsea boss, Maurizio Sarri, has said that Chelsea will need as much as a year to be on the same level with Liverpool.
\nSarri said this after his side drew 0-0 with West Ham on Sunday<\/p>\n

Chelsea will face Liverpool on Wednesday night in a Carabao Cup tie.<\/p>\n

The Italian said the Carabao Cup match against the Reds has the potential to be \u201cspectacular\u201d, and revealed he could make as many as 11 changes for the encounter.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have to face a team very very good, a team that has worked with the same coach four or five years, I don\u2019t know exactly,\u201d said Sarri.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are a step forward than us at the moment. We have started to work altogether 40 days ago and less time with the international teams.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor us it is a bit early. We have to work and improve and then maybe in a year it will be the same level as Liverpool.<\/p>\n
