{"id":418446,"date":"2021-11-28T21:38:27","date_gmt":"2021-11-28T20:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=418446"},"modified":"2021-11-28T21:45:20","modified_gmt":"2021-11-28T20:45:20","slug":"deeper-life-church-sweeper-axed-to-death-by-unknown-persons-in-ondo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=418446","title":{"rendered":"Deeper Life Church sweeper axed to death by unknown persons in Ondo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">A middle-aged woman has been murdered by unknown assailants in Ondo State.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened at Iwaro Oka-Akoko, in Akoko South West Local Government Area of the State.<\/p>\n<p>The woman, a church sweeper identified simply as Mrs Omode was killed in the early hours of Sunday in the front of her church, Deeper Life Bible Church in the community<\/p>\n<p>With the community thrown into a state of apprehension, the reason for killing the church sweeper by unidentified persons was yet to be known.<\/p>\n<p>A glimpse at her lifeless body in the pool of blood revealed that she was axed in the neck.<\/p>\n<p>Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer in the State, Funmilayo Odunlami said the woman was found dead in front of the church.<\/p>\n<p>The PPRO added that that investigation had commenced over the incident in a bid to unmask those behind the dastardly act.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A middle-aged woman has been murdered by unknown assailants in Ondo State.
