{"id":375392,"date":"2021-07-19T19:49:06","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T18:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=375392"},"modified":"2021-07-19T20:19:33","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T19:19:33","slug":"eid-el-kabir-atiku-calls-for-end-to-killing-of-innocent-nigerians-hateful-messages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=375392","title":{"rendered":"Eid-el-Kabir: Atiku calls for end to killing of innocent Nigerians, hateful messages"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">A one-time presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has called for an end to the killing of innocent people and hateful messages in Nigeria.<br \/>\nAtiku, in a statement to mark the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, said Nigeria needs to heal.<br \/>\nIn the statement he signed, the former Vice President said Nigerians should use the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to learn lessons of sacrifice, love and tolerance preached during the celebration.<br \/>\nAtiku said Nigerians need to heal from all forms of mistrust and embrace mutual respect and tolerance.<br \/>\nAccording to Atiku: \u201cEid-el-Kabir teaches and reminds us of the meaning of sacrifice, love and forbearance with God and in our relationships with one another.<br \/>\n\u201cThe significance of the celebration is rooted in peaceful co-existence, mutual respect and tolerance.
