She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The statement said the baby and Meghan are healthy and well, and settling in at home.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dLili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet.
