{"id":295837,"date":"2020-12-22T19:10:13","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T18:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=295837"},"modified":"2020-12-22T19:48:41","modified_gmt":"2020-12-22T18:48:41","slug":"osun-two-die-others-injured-in-auto-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=295837","title":{"rendered":"Osun: Two die, others injured in auto accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Two persons have been confirmed dead in an auto accident involving two vehicles along Ile-Ife, Gbogan expressway, Osun State.<\/p>\n<p>The fatal accident, on Tuesday morning, involved a white Toyota Haice bus and a white and blue bus with registration number FKJ746DU and FKJ634XW respectively.<\/p>\n<p>It was gathered that 23 male adults were involved in the accident while two persons sustained injury and two others lost their lives.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Osun, Agnes Ogungbemi, said the accident occurred around 3 am on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Ogungbemi disclosed that the corpses were deposited at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH) in Ife, morgue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwo persons lost their lives in the process while some injured persons taken to the OAUTH in Ife.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe items recovered have been taken to Ipetu Police Station by Officers of the Nigerian Army who also arrived at the scene,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two persons have been confirmed dead in an auto accident involving two vehicles along Ile-Ife, Gbogan expressway, Osun State.
