{"id":214967,"date":"2020-04-30T09:56:08","date_gmt":"2020-04-30T08:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=214967"},"modified":"2020-04-30T20:36:21","modified_gmt":"2020-04-30T19:36:21","slug":"18-new-cases-of-covid-19-confirmed-in-gombe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=214967","title":{"rendered":"18 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Gombe"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">The Gombe State government has confirmed eighteen new cases of coronavirus disease in the State.<\/p>\n<p>The confirmation was made by the Special Assistant, media and publicity to the Governor, Ismail Umisilli in a tweet via his Twitter account on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The tweet read \u201cCOVID-19 UPDATE as of 29th April, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c18 additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTotal number of confirmed cases in the State: 64.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c No patient has been discharged and no death recorded.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Wednesday confirmed 196 new cases of coronavirus disease in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Nigeria now has 1,728 confirmed cases of COVID19, 307 patients out of these have been discharged, while 51 deaths have been recorded.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gombe State government has confirmed eighteen new cases of coronavirus disease in the State.
