{"id":208968,"date":"2020-04-11T09:04:38","date_gmt":"2020-04-11T08:04:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=208968"},"modified":"2020-04-11T09:06:14","modified_gmt":"2020-04-11T08:06:14","slug":"leader-of-biafra-group-resigns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=208968","title":{"rendered":"Leader of Biafra group resigns"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Ebuta Ogar Takon, the deputy national leader of the Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has resigned from the position.<\/p>\n<p>National leader of BNYL, Princewill Chimezie Richard made the announcement in a statement he signed and made available to DAILY POST on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>He said that Ogar Takon has been replaced by a new deputy, who also goes by the name Ebuta Takon Akor and hails from Ejagham, in Cross River State.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Richard said \u201cthe former deputy took the decision to bow out from office but still remained a respected senior officer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richard recovered from the dreaded Coronavirus disease earlier in the week after being in isolation for over 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>He was discharged from the hospital on Monday.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ebuta Ogar Takon, the deputy national leader of the Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, has resigned from the position.
