{"id":203892,"date":"2020-03-23T15:06:08","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T14:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=203892"},"modified":"2020-03-23T15:10:11","modified_gmt":"2020-03-23T14:10:11","slug":"covid-19-bauchi-governor-in-self-isolation-after-contact-with-atikus-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=203892","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19: Bauchi governor in self-isolation after contact with Atiku\u2019s son"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Ladan Salihu, Chief of Staff to the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed has confirmed that the governor is now in self-isolation after he had contact with Atiku Abubakar\u2019s son who has been confirmed positive for Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Atiku had on Sunday night revealed that his son tested positive for the deadly disease.<\/p>\n<p>He said he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>However, a tweet by Salihu on Monday explained that Governor Mohammed, and his entourage, had met with the Vice President\u2019s son while on flight from Lagos to Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>He further stated they have all taken the coronavirus test and are expecting their results.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur Governor, Bala Mohammed is in self-isolation following contact with Atiku Abubakar\u2019s son. Yes. We were on the same flight from Lagos to Abuja. They shook hands and exchanged pleasantries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dThe Gov and the rest of us have taken tests.
