{"id":203716,"date":"2020-03-22T20:49:15","date_gmt":"2020-03-22T19:49:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=203716"},"modified":"2020-03-22T20:49:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-22T19:49:35","slug":"coronavirus-aso-villa-chapel-obeys-order-holds-service-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=203716","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus: Aso Villa Chapel obeys order, holds service online"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">The Aso Villa Chapel on Sunday, complied to the ban on gathering of not more than 20 people over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The service, which was livestreamed to members across the world was not physically attended by the Chaplain and the technical staff.<\/p>\n<p>Confirming the development, Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Office of the Vice President, explained that less than ten persons were physically available.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAso Villa Chapel just concluded an online service now, where worshippers were able to stay in their homes and be part of a Sunday service,\u201d he said in a tweet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were blessed with the livestreaming, kudos to the Villa Chaplain and the less than 10 people (number of staff on ground) that made it happen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, some churches in parts of the country disobeyed the ban placed on public gathering.<\/p>\n<p>Living Faith Church, Ota Ogun State, Dunamis Abuja and Christ Embassy Church in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, were among churches that disobeyed the order.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Aso Villa Chapel on Sunday, complied to the ban on gathering of not more than 20 people over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
