{"id":194046,"date":"2020-02-16T11:43:31","date_gmt":"2020-02-16T10:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=194046"},"modified":"2020-02-16T11:43:47","modified_gmt":"2020-02-16T10:43:47","slug":"kidnapped-monarchs-wife-found-dead-in-imo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=194046","title":{"rendered":"Kidnapped monarch&#8217;s wife found dead in Imo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">The kidnapped wife of the Traditional Ruler of Ihitoha Uratta Community, Owerri North Council Area of Imo state, Ugoeze Comfort Okoro, has been found dead along a village road in Akabor Community in Oguta LGA of Imo state.<\/p>\n<p>The monarch\u2019s wife, according to our reporter was kidnapped on Sunday January 26, 2020 around 8:30pm before her husband and some domestic staff.<\/p>\n<p>Reports said she and her husband, HRH Eze Dr. Emmanuel Okoro, Oha 1 of Ihitoha Uratta recently celebrated 50years of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>The monarch\u2019s younger brother, Prince Paul Okoro who confirmed the incident described it as a wicked act after they had paid through their noses for the outrageous ransom demanded by the kidnappers.<\/p>\n<p>He narrated, \u201ca group of boys stormed the palace here and surrounded the guards at gunpoint while some climbed upstairs and whisked the woman away.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey shot sporadically in the air which put the entire household in panic.
