{"id":193254,"date":"2020-02-12T21:42:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T20:42:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=193254"},"modified":"2020-02-12T21:43:30","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T20:43:30","slug":"goodluck-jonathan-vindicated-omokri-reacts-as-borno-residents-boo-buhari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=193254","title":{"rendered":"Goodluck Jonathan vindicated &#8211; Omokri reacts as Borno residents boo Buhari"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has reacted to trending video of Borno residents booing President Muhammadu Buhari.<\/p>\n<p>In the viral video, DAILY POST reported that hundreds of Borno residents booed Buhari and his entourage on arrival in the state on a \u201csympathy visit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The resident shouted \u201cBa ma so, ba ma yi\u201d in Hausa language which means \u201cWe don\u2019t want, we are not interested\u201d in English.<\/p>\n<p>They booed Buhari\u2019s convoy as they passed.<\/p>\n<p>The President arrived Maiduguri following the killing of 30 persons in Auno by Boko Haram insurgents.<\/p>\n<p>The terrorists stormed the village at about 9:50 pm on Sunday and abducted some persons.<\/p>\n<p>Omokri, sharing the video on his Twitter page inferred that the actions of Borno residents had vindicated Goodluck Jonathan.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, Jonathan during his time was never booed during his visit several times to Borno State.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou wouldn\u2019t believe what Maiduguri residents did to Buhari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday, I exclusively released a video of General Buhari being booed in Maiduguri, which the media syndicated.
