{"id":188442,"date":"2020-01-27T09:05:22","date_gmt":"2020-01-27T08:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=188442"},"modified":"2020-01-27T09:11:46","modified_gmt":"2020-01-27T08:11:46","slug":"transfer-christian-eriksen-to-undergo-medical-on-monday-at-new-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=188442","title":{"rendered":"Transfer: Christian Eriksen to undergo medical on Monday at new club"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Tottenham Hotspur playmaker, Christian Eriksen is set to undergo medical at Inter Milan on Monday, according to Sky Sport.<\/p>\n<p>The Denmark international is close to sealing a \u00a316.8m move to the Serie A giants, which could see him earn up to \u00a3320,000 per week.<\/p>\n<p>Eriksen, who was left out of Tottenham\u2019s FA Cup fourth round 1-1 draw against Southampton on Saturday, has agreed on a personal term with Inter Milan to join Antonio Conte\u2019s men in this January\u2019s transfer window.<\/p>\n<p>Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta has expressed confidence that a deal for Eriksen will be concluded in the next few days.<\/p>\n<p>Marotta said: \u201cYou all know that we are negotiating with Tottenham. I am optimistic and I hope everything can be concluded quickly because the market closes on Friday and we hope to conclude the negotiations in the next few days.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eriksen has made 305 appearances during his six-and-a-half-year spell with Spurs.<\/p>\n<p>The 27-year-old has scored 69 goals and registered 89 assists for Tottenham.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho has refused to blame the club for Eriksen\u2019s delay transfer move to Inter Milan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can read what you want to read.
