Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho, has hailed Dele Alli, after the player starred in their 3-2 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Alli scored twice, as Spurs held on to take maximum points against the Cherries.<\/p>\n

The England star has found his form under Mourinho, who replaced Mauricio Pochettino last week.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t need to speak about him. The best thing that can happen as a coach is when you don\u2019t need to speak about a player.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone else speaks about him. For the right reasons. He\u2019s playing really, really well. I couldn\u2019t ask any more from him.<\/p>\n

\u201cBefore I arrived, I didn\u2019t know the boy. I only played against him a few times. I know his quality. And I know a player of such quality is not performing at a high level.<\/p>\n

\u201cI find him a good guy in the group. Not a selfish person that thinks only about himself. Not at all.<\/p>\n
