New Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho has revealed the first thing he asked England international, Dele Alli during their meeting on Friday.<\/p>\n

The Portuguese also revealed his master-plan to rediscover Alli\u2019s best form.<\/p>\n

The former Chelsea boss took over at Tottenham on Wednesday morning after the sack of Mauricio Pochettino.<\/p>\n

And speaking ahead of his first game in charge of Tottenham against West Ham on Saturday at the London Stadium, Mourinho revealed he asked Alli: \u201cAre you Dele or Dele\u2019s brother?\u201d<\/p>\n

Alli instantly replied: \u201cI am Dele\u201d, before Mourinho added: \u201cOkay, so play like Dele.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI already spoke with him [Alli],\u201d Mourinho told Sky Sports.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he is potentially a fantastic player. Now I have to try to create a tactical situation that he is happy with.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have to give him the right dynamic, prepare him physically well \u2013 because he had important injuries too and he\u2019s not on the top of his form.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn Saturday, if he plays, I can\u2019t expect him to go there and be man of the match.<\/p>\n
