Andy Ruiz Jr has warned Anthony Joshua, that he was not close to losing in their first bout.<\/p>\n

According to Sky Sports, the Mexican claims \u201cI wasn\u2019t that hurt\u201d, before he went on to shock Joshua.<\/p>\n

Joshua has previously claimed he lost due to a \u201clucky punch \u2013 a punch sent by the gods\u201d.<\/p>\n

But Ruiz Jr has now responded, by denying that he was ever hurt, even when he was knocked down.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat was a lucky shot for him, too,\u201d Ruiz Jr said about the moment that Joshua floored him, in the early stages of their first world heavyweight title fight.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got lazy. It was a punch in the blink of an eye. I thought: \u2018what just happened?\u2019<\/p>\n
