Akpan<\/p>\n<p>Akwa Ibom State \u2013 CP Kenneth Ebrimson<\/p>\n<p>Ogun State \u2013 CP Imohimi D. Edgal<\/p>\n<p>Kano State \u2013 CP Habu Sani Ahmadu<\/p>\n<p>Edo State \u2013 CP Lawal Jimeta<\/p>\n<p>Bauchi State \u2013 CP Philip Sule Maku<\/p>\n<p>Lagos State \u2013 Ag\/CP Odumosu H. Olusegun<\/p>\n<p>Adamu urged the newly posted officers to improve on the efforts of their predecessors in the areas of public safety and crime-fighting.<\/p>\n<p>He also directed the new commissioners to work with relevant stakeholders in adopting aggressive, proactive and community-based crime prevention strategies to combat crime.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Adamu urged residents of the concerned states to support the new police chiefs.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has ordered the immediate posting\/redeployment of the following commissioners of police to states as follows: Cross River State \u2013 CP Nkereuwem A.
