{"id":158530,"date":"2019-10-08T09:37:43","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T08:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=158530"},"modified":"2019-10-08T09:41:09","modified_gmt":"2019-10-08T08:41:09","slug":"sex-for-grades-falz-tells-nigerians-what-to-do","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=158530","title":{"rendered":"Sex For Grades: Falz tells Nigerians what to do"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/arewa.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Falz-explodes-over-arrest-of-Kano-musician-who-mocked-Ganduje.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Nigerian rapper, Falz has reacted to the viral video of UNILAG lecturer, Boniface Igbeneghu, a former sub-dean of Faculty of Art and head pastor of local Foursquare Gospel Church caught on camera allegedly demanding sex from a lady \u201cseeking admission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His advances were captured in a 13-minute video by BBC Africa, courtesy of an undercover journalist, Kiki Mordi, who disguised as a 17-year-old admission seeker.<\/p>\n<p>Igbeneghu had disclosed that there is a place lecturers take female students to have fun \u2013 UNILAG Staff Club. \u201cThey call the place cold room,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The video has since stirred reactions from Nigerians, mainly students, as some narrated past experiences from lecturers on social media pages.<\/p>\n<p>Falz speaking on the development, urged Nigerians to start speaking up against all forms of sexual abuse.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, \u2018this is not a time for baseless animosity\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>He called on Nigerians to work in unity to get rid of what he described as \u2018dysfunctional system which allows women to be taken advantage of.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>On his Twitter page, Falz wrote: \u201cI don\u2019t think this is a time for baseless animosity. I have and will always speak up against all forms of sexual abuse.
