Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has said Napoli should not have been given a penalty in their victory 2-0 in the Champions League.<\/p>\n

Late goals from Dries Mertens and Fernando Llorente gave the hosts victory over last season\u2019s winners, with the first coming after a controversial penalty decision.<\/p>\n

Klopp disagreed with the referee\u2019s decison, but says he was pleased with the performance.<\/p>\n

He told BT Sport: \u201cIt should hurt because there were opportunities for us. It was an open game with a lot of counter attacks, but we didn\u2019t finish them off and that is a problem.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the second half it was a wild game, they were running and we were running.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s a penalty. What can I say, for me, it is clear and obvious no penalty. He jumps before any contact, we can\u2019t change that.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe played a lot of good football but didn\u2019t finish it off. We controlled moments but had not enough chances in the end. We made decisions that were not right and have to accept the result.
