Not doing so was a violation of a basic rule, which<br \/>\nis key to strengthening our institutions and keeping standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBesides, it is wrong for anyone to emblazon their images or personal<br \/>\nlogos on instructional materials made with public resources for<br \/>\ndistribution in public schools. The said materials were some sort of<br \/>\nconstituency projects, which had been approved and funded by the<br \/>\nfederal government of Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is instructive to note that the Kwara State Ministry of Education<br \/>\nrecently approached Governor AbdulRahmanAbdulRazaq to mass-produce<br \/>\ninstructional materials with his picture emblazoned on them ahead of<br \/>\nschool resumption and the governor rejected the proposal on the ground<br \/>\nthat there should be no personalization of projects executed with<br \/>\npublic funds,\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Senate President Bukola Saraki&#8217;s educational materials sent to schools in Kwara State have been rejected by the government.
