{"id":151323,"date":"2019-09-11T15:34:51","date_gmt":"2019-09-11T14:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=151323"},"modified":"2019-09-11T15:35:57","modified_gmt":"2019-09-11T14:35:57","slug":"man-remanded-in-prison-for-allegedly-raping-neighbours-daughter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=151323","title":{"rendered":"Man remanded in prison for allegedly raping neighbour\u2019s daughter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/arewa.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Man-bags-12-month-imprisonment-for-stealing-rice-in-Lagos.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">A Kaduna Chief Magistrates\u2019 Court on Wednesday ordered that a driver, Salahudeen Isah, 50, who allegedly defiled his friend\u2019s nine-year-old daughter, be remanded in prison, pending legal advice.<\/p>\n<p>NAN reports that Magistrate, Hajara Dauda, who did not take the plea of Isah, ordered the police to duplicate the case file and send it to the Kaduna State Directorate of Public Prosecution for legal advice.<\/p>\n<p>Dauda adjourned the matter until Sept. 30 for mention.<\/p>\n<p>Isah, who resides in Kakuri in Kaduna State, is charged with defilement.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecution Counsel, Insp.
