Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has lashed out at his players for \u201clacking everything\u201d, as they lost 7-3 to Atletico Madrid in the International Champions Cup.<\/p>\n

Atletico led 5-0 at half time of the pre-season fixture on Friday.<\/p>\n

Diego Costa netted four goals, before he was sent off along with Madrid full-back Dani Carvajal, following a clash in the second half.<\/p>\n

The margin of defeat could have been greater, if not for some desperate defending and late goals from Karim Benzema and Javi Hernandez.<\/p>\n

Speaking after the game, Zidane told reporters: \u201cWhat happened is that we entered the game very badly. A high-level competition, we entered very badly.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt eight minutes we were down 2-0. There was no response from us to change something. The first part was difficult. We never entered the game. We have lacked everything. Especially intensity.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey scored seven goals, it can\u2019t happen. That is also known to the players, who are disappointed. You don\u2019t have to spin it over. It\u2019s a pre-season game. They\u2019ve been better at everything. There is nothing more to talk about.<\/p>\n
