Solskjaer, speaking with reporters in Singapore, says he won\u2019t be angry if he does not get the players he wants.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy job is of course to manage the circumstances and the squad that I\u2019ve got.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut people will tell you I\u2019m not angry for very long. The players know when I am angry but we get it sorted and move on and sorted and move on and I\u2019m the same with my kids.<\/p>\n
\u201cOf course I have my targets \u2013 but I won\u2019t bear grudges if I don\u2019t get them. The club know my views on what we need,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Solskjaer added: \u201cFor me it\u2019s natural to leave negotiations and that side of the business to the ones who have that responsibility.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy responsibility now is to manage the players and to give my view on which players could improve us which I have done.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m quite patient and quite understanding because I know it\u2019s difficult to get transfers over the line these days.<\/p>\n
