As part of efforts to ensure efficient and timely service delivery, the boards of agencies and parastatals in Kaduna State have been dissolved.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued and signed by Senior Special Assistant to Governor Nasir Elrufai on Media and Publicity Wednesday evening, Mr. Samuel Aruwan, who is also a commissioner designate, said the dissolution, which takes immediate effect does not affect commissions as they enjoy constitutionally protected tenure.<\/p>\n

His words, \u201cThe Kaduna State Government today announced the dissolution of the boards of its agencies and parastatals.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever, the dissolution does not affect Commissions which enjoy constitutionally-protected tenure for their members.<\/p>\n
