Liverpool are afraid manager Jurgen Klopp might not sign a new contract amid fears of burn out, the UK Sun reports.<\/p>\n

Klopp is believed to earn around \u00a37million a year and Reds owners, Fenway Sports Group (FSG), have made an approach to raise his salary to \u00a310m following success in the Champions League last season.<\/p>\n

The German and his coaching staff signed six-year extensions in 2016, keeping them at Anfield until 2022.<\/p>\n

However, Klopp values his health far more than money, which is why he is taking his time to make a decision.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, FSG are worried that the more successful Klopp becomes, the more attractive he makes himself to big European clubs in future.<\/p>\n
