{"id":131455,"date":"2019-06-30T13:41:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-30T12:41:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=131455"},"modified":"2019-06-30T13:41:41","modified_gmt":"2019-06-30T12:41:41","slug":"anambra-police-nab-20-year-old-wife-for-killing-husband","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arewa.ng\/?p=131455","title":{"rendered":"Anambra: Police nab 20-year-old wife for killing husband"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ds-1col file file-image file-image-jpeg view-mode-embedded centered clearfix block-story-object block-story-object-resource block-story-object-resource-image\"><br \/>\n<span class=\"block-story-object-asset\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"media-element file-embedded\" typeof=\"foaf:Image\" src=\"http:\/\/arewa.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Police-Arrest-20-year-old-Wife-For-Killing-Husband-In-Anambra.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, 20, has reportedly stabbed her husband, John Bosco Ngu, to death in Anambra State.<\/p>\n<p>It was gathered that the incident happened at Nsugbe in the Anambra East Local Government Area of the state.<\/p>\n<p>The Nigerian Police, Anambra  State command\u2019s Public Relations Officer, Haryana Mohammed, said the deceased has been taken to a nearby morgue while investigation to the killing has commenced.<\/p>\n<p>Mohammed stated, \u201cToday (Saturday) at about 8 am, police detectives attached to 33 Police Station Onitsha arrested one Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, 20, of No 16 Donking Street Nsugbe in the Anambra East LGA of Anambra State.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe suspect allegedly had a scuffle with her husband, one John Bosko Ngu, aged 35 years, of the same address and stabbed him on his chest with a sharp knife.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe scene was visited by police detectives and the victim rushed to Boromeo Hospital, Onitsha, for medical attention but was certified dead by a medical doctor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe corpse was deposited at the hospital mortuary for autopsy; exhibit recovered and the case is under investigation to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident.\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makoduchukwu Ndubisi, 20, has reportedly stabbed her husband, John Bosco Ngu, to death in Anambra State.
