Arsenal have slashed their wage bill by a whopping \u00a3400,000-a-week, after six players left the club, the UK Mirror reports.<\/p>\n

Aaron Ramsey, Denis Suarez, Danny Welbeck, Petr Cech, David Ospina and Stephan Lichtsteiner have all left Arsenal this summer.<\/p>\n

The failure to qualify for Champions League, has hit the Emirates side in the pocket and Unai Emery will only have around \u00a345m to spend in this summer\u2019s transfer window.<\/p>\n

But clearing more than \u00a3400,000 cleared from the weekly wage has provided Emery with a boost.<\/p>\n

It gives the Gunners boss extra spending power, when it comes to convincing Arsenal\u2019s targets to join.<\/p>\n

Ramsey has joined Juventus as a free agent, Welbeck is still without a club and Ospina has made his deal with Napoli permanent.<\/p>\n
