Ihedioha makes more appointments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/arewa.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Imo-Ihedioha-issues-warning-to-appointees.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"mvp-content-main\">Governor Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State, on Wednesday, made more appointments into his cabinet for the administration of the state.<br \/>\nThe names and portfolios of the appointees were contained in statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Chibuike Onyeukwu, and made available to newsmen in Owerri.<br \/>\nThe new appointees are Prof. Chudi Uwazurike \u2013 Special Adviser (Diaspora), Mr Jones Onyereri \u2013 Special Adviser (Political), and Mr Jeff Ojinika \u2013 Special Adviser (Inter-party).<\/p>\n<p>Others are Dr Sonny Ogulewe \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (Admin), Secretary to State Governments (SSG\u2019s) Office, Mr Richmond Osuji \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (Rural Development), Mr Anselm Okorie \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (SDGs) and Uche Udozor \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (Agricultural Development).<\/p>\n<p>Also, the appointees include Mr Abba Chimaraoke \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (ICT and e-Governance), Estella Mbadiwe \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (Health Services) and Mr Emeka Opara \u2013 Senior Special Assistant (Legal Matters).<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, Mrs Adaora Onyechere is appointed the Special Assistant to the Governor on Information and Advocacy, while the position of Special Assistant on New Media went to Izuchukwu Akwarandu.<\/p>\n<p>The governor said in the statement that he believed that the wealth of experience of the appointees would add value to the re-building of the state.<\/p>\n<p>He also said the appointments took immediate effect.\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Governor Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State, on Wednesday, made more appointments into his cabinet for the administration of the state.
