The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Tuesday told the All Progressives Congress, APC, to face its alleged self-inflicted woes instead of seeking a face-saving measure by dragging the party\u2019s name into its internal wrangling.<\/p>\n

It also explained that the alleged wrangling borders on incompetence, recklessness and treasury looting by its leaders.<\/p>\n

PDP spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan said this in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja.<\/p>\n

Ologbondiyan added, \u201cThe PDP notes that the APC, by bringing out its dirty linen to the market place, at this time, has again demonstrated its insensitivity and
\ncontempt towards the values and feelings of Nigerians.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow else can it justify its choice of fouling the national space at a time compatriots
\nare observing the blessings of Eid el fitri?<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is most reprehensible that after pushing Nigerians into anguish and economic misery, the crisis-ridden APC will not allow our people to celebrate the end of Ramadan in peace.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is imperative to state that the PDP, as a responsible party, will not join the APC in its shameless dance, yet, the APC must know that it must answer for its failures, depravities and unrestrained looting of our
\nnational treasury in the last four years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the same APC, whose National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, confirmed as a sanctuary of looters and unpatriotic people, when he declared that, \u201conce you join the APC, your sins are forgiven\u201d.<\/p>\n

Further, the opposition said the APC was fixated on the PDP and has become allegedly feverish by the reinvention of the PDP to serve the interest of the people.<\/p>\n

This, the party claimed was in addition to the fact that majority of Nigerians now believe more in the PDP, after seeing through the alleged lies, deceit and failures of the APC and its government.<\/p>\n

PDP also said, \u201cThe APC must face the truism that having divided our people, wrecked our once robust economy, returned our nation to a debtor status and brought so much misery to the extent that our compatriots now resort to suicide
\nand slavery mission abroad as options, Nigerians cannot continue to lend
