Arsenal goalkeeper, Petr Cech, has said Chelsea\u2019s approach to winning at all costs, differs from the lack of pressure placed upon players to perform at the Emirates.<\/p>\n

After a trophy-laden 11-year spell at Stamford Bridge, the 37-year-old swapped west for North London in the summer of 2015.<\/p>\n

Cech has only won one FA Cup during his time at Arsenal, ahead of Wednesday\u2019s Europa League final against his former club.<\/p>\n

The match in Baku will mark the final game of Cech\u2019s illustrious career and he admitted it took time to adapt to the different atmosphere within the Arsenal dressing room created by Arsene Wenger.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt will sound strange but I think generally at Arsenal there is not enough pressure.<\/p>\n

\u201cArsene is a real gentleman. As much as he hates losing, he stays a gentleman. If you lose, you win, you lose, you win, he kind of carries on. That\u2019s something I\u2019ve never experienced before.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt Chelsea, at the times when we drew, it felt like a funeral in the dressing room. It was so bad.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we drew against a big team at home, it was like, \u2018Oh no, it is impossible we didn\u2019t win at home\u2019. It came from everywhere: the players, the coach.
