Wise told the UK Sun: \u201cIf I had to have a bet, if I was really pressed, then I would say John will get the Chelsea job before Frank.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey will both want it, I\u2019m sure of that and it is a race against the clock \u2014 a race against each other \u2014 in many ways.<\/p>\n
\u201cJohn is doing it differently to Frank because he has gone in as an assistant at Villa to Dean Smith \u2014 and that\u2019s a shrewd move.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt means he can listen to some conversations in the manager\u2019s office that he has never heard before.<\/p>\n
\u2018Players can look up to, respect and admire, people like Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti out on the training field, or the way they conduct themselves around the club.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat the players don\u2019t see is the planning, preparation, the tactical analysis and conversations that go on inside the manager\u2019s office.\u201d<\/p>\n
