Barnes said it\u2019s time to \u201cget away from Eden Hazard\u201d as the Reds did with Philippe Coutinho.<\/p>\n
Liverpool agreed to part with the Brazil international playmaker, Coutinho, in the winter transfer window of 2018.<\/p>\n
Before then, Coutinho had been a key part of Jurgen Klopp\u2019s plans, but was allowed to move to Barcelona.<\/p>\n
Liverpool moved on to become serious contenders for the Premier League and Champions League crowns.<\/p>\n
Chelsea now find themselves in a similar position when it comes to Belgium forward, Hazard.<\/p>\n
The Reds legend told beIN Sport, \u201cI think they need to get away from Eden Hazard.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think Liverpool, when Coutinho left, they were a much better team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think Hazard influences the team so much that anywhere he goes you have to give him the ball.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve got good players and they can\u2019t show their worth.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen Coutinho left, as much as he was the best player, the team became a better team.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd I think Hazard dominates that team so much that every time they get the ball they have to give it to him.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think they\u2019ve got to get away from Hazard because they\u2019ve got good players, like Willian and Pedro.<\/p>\n
