FA Cup: Manchester United knock Chelsea out, qualify for quarter-final

Manchester United are through to the last eight of this year’s FA Cup, following a 2-0 win over Chelsea on Monday night.

The Red Devils were seeking to bounce back from a 2-0 reverse against Paris Saint-Germain, in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16, when they travelled to Stamford Bridge.

Ander Herrera gave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men the lead, heading home Paul Pogba’s cross.

Pogba himself got on the end of Marcus Rashford’s cross to make it 2-0.

There were no goals in the second half, as United kept their hopes of winning silverware at the end of this campaign alive.
