Tottenham Hotspur manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has compared Moussa Dembele to Brazil, Argentina and Nigeria ex-players Ronaldinho, Diego Maradona and Austin Okocha.

Dembele, 30, has been in superb form lately in recent matches against Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus.

“Only I can talk about him (Dembele) because I know him very well. Some people use my words to describe him as a genius. I think I told you because it’s in my book,” Pochettino told the media ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

“For me I put him next to Ronaldinho, Maradona and Okocha. I was lucky to play with them.”

Pochettino played alongside Ronaldinho and Okocha at Paris Saint-Germain and Maradona for Argentina.

“For me he’s one of the greatest talents in the history of football. It has been difficult for him with his fitness but now he’s in an amazing moment,” Pochettino added.
