Court sets date for annual vacation

The Federal High court, sitting in Maitama Abuja, has on Friday declared its annual vacation for the year 2019.

In a statement issued and personally signed by the Chief Registrar, Emmanuel Ga,kko Esq, the scheduled vacation will commence on Tuesday, April 23, and end on Monday, April 29.

He added, “The court would, therefore, resume in all Judicial Divisions on Tuesday, April 30”.

The registrar, however, affirmed that Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt divisions will be in skeletal session during the vacation to handle emergency cases.
