Buhari: Fani-Kayode attacks Tinubu over comment on Obasanjo

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has attacked a National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu for describing former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s letter to President Muhammadu Buhari as nothing but “bad belle.”

Tinubu had while speaking on the 10th Colloquium to mark his 66th birthday in Lagos yesterday said Obasanjo’s letter to Buhari was borne out of jealousy.

Reacting via his Twitter handle, Fani-Kayode recalled that Tinubu had once hailed Obasanjo as his mentor.

He also described the APC leader’s statement as sad and tragic.

According to him, “To describe OBJ’s letter as nothing but ‘bad belle’ is a great disservice.

“This is the same man that you once hailed as your navigator.

“This is an all-time low. It is sad. It is tragic. It is pitiful.”
