President Muhammadu Buhari this Wedenesday, altered the mode of prayers at his weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

Usually, Buhari would ask one Muslim and one Christian Minister to say the opening prayers.

But today, the president allowed two Christian Ministers do so.

They were the Ministers of Agriculture and Labour, Audu Ogbeh and Chris Ngige respectively.

After Ogbeh prayed, Buhari called for the Minister of State for Environment, Jubril Ibrahim, who was absent. He then asked Ngige to pray.

Ngige reminded Buhari that he is also a Christian, but the president still gave him the go-ahead.
