Boko Haram: One killed, another injured in Borno fresh attack

One person has been reported dead after suspected Boko Haram terrorists attacked Kala village, opposite the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp in Dalori, Borno State.

The attack occurred on Sunday night.

An official of the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Mr Bello Dambatta, confirmed the attack to Channels Tv.

Dambatta, said the deceased was set on fire by the insurgents.

They also injured another man during the attack and burnt down some houses.

“Officials of the agency are already at the scene while the injured victim has been evacuated to the Maiduguri Specialist Hospital in the state’s capital,” Dambatta said.
