Boko Haram: Atiku reacts to attack on GSS in Yobe

Former Vice president, Atiku Abubakar has reacted to reported presence of Boko Haram insurgence around GSS Dapchi in Yobe State.

DAILY POST reported that residents, including students, scampered for safety when they saw trucks and motorcycles carrying Boko Haram fighters into the town and shooting sporadically.

Reacting to the Incident, Atiku said Nigerians should be vigilant. He said it was a relief to hear that the school girls were safe.

The former Vice President in a Tweet wrote, “What a relief it was for me to learn that the schoolgirls and teachers of GSS Dapchi in Yobe State are safe. However, we must be vigilant.”
