Arsenal vs Everton: Wenger reveals why Aubameyang may not make EPL debut on Saturday

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has said that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, might not feature in their Premier League clash against Everton on Saturday.

Speaking to the media on Friday morning, Wenger revealed that the Gabon striker is “sick”.

Aubameyang became the Gunners’ record signing this week, after completing a £56million move from Borussia Dortmund.

The 28-year-old striker will be assessed in the next 24 hours, before he is passed fit to play at the Emirates.

“He started yesterday but wasn’t completely well. I will see with the medical department,” Wenger said.

Wenger, however, confirmed Henrikh Mkhitaryan will start, while Jack Wilshere is back fit.
