DAILY POST reports that the court also restrained the national and state officers of the PDP from taking any further action contrary to the order of the court in the matter until directed otherwise
Chibuogwu had gone to court to challenged the exclusion of her name from the list submitted by PDP and published by INEC for the 2019 Ihiala federal constituency election, claiming that she was elected from the primary conducted by the party.
The presiding judge had after listening to her Counsel and that of her opponent, ordered that INEC should not publish any name or issue certificate of return to any of them assuming PDP wins the election on Saturday, 16th February.
He had, therefore, adjourned for further hearing on the matter to February 26.
