2019: GDPN vows to sack Buhari, Aso Rock cabal

Grass-root Development Party of Nigeria (GDPN) has expressed its preparedness to sack President Muhammadu Buhari and the cabal in the presidency in the 2019 elections.

The chairman, Bauchi state chapter of the party, Architect Sale Salmanu Dassmade this known in an interview with DAILY POST in his office in Bauchi.

He described Aso Villa cabal as saboteurs to the nation’sdevelopment and vowed that the GDPN will unseat PresidentBuhari at the next polls.

“Part of our decision to shift the party’s presidential ticket to the North-East is targeted at dismantling the APC administration in their desperation for continuity come 2019 as we are equal to the task,” he said.

The GDPN state chairman lamented that Nigerians’ hope for democracy dividends hassince been dashed, stressing that the APC under Buhari is no longer in control of affairs.

He also stated that the executive and legislative face-off has affected the passage of the 2018budget, reiterating that APC’s days in power

are numbered as GDPN is mobilizing Nigerians to vote out the ruling party in the next election.

Dass advised the President to heed the counsel of Nigeria’s elder statesmen calling on him to abandon whatever ambition to stay in office beyond May 2019.
